Properscan follows Global and UAE standards for proper real estate inspection services. We ensure full compliance with the local regulatory standards as set by Trakheesi, for MEP, architectural, structural, and green building design guidelines, as well as the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Land Department (DLD) / Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) standards and regulations. Properscan is DED licensed and DLD / RERA approved to conduct property inspection services.
